Kent is located between MacArthur Boulevard and Battery Kemble Park. It is close to the Clara Barton Parkway and the Potomac River, both of which contribute to the park-like setting of this neighborhood. Houses in Kent offer spacious lots, sophisticated designs, and mature trees. The most prominent architectural style is the Colonial Revival, although there are a number of contemporary residences which were constructed in the last 20 years. New construction in Kent tends to emulate older historical styles, yet with larger and more significant proportions.
